Why does it take up to 21 days for my order to arrive?

  • To offer affordable pricing on our products, we ship from our manufacturer directly, this frees us from maintaining any inventory and we pass down the savings to our customers

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Please allow 3 - 5 days to process your order and it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive at your door step :) . 

What is your returns policy?

  • Having second thoughts? No worries we're here to help! If you're not completely satisfied. You can return your eligible purchase within 1 year of the original receipt date.
  • If you don't love it? Return it for free too. We mean it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What is your refund process?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
  • We will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

I haven't received my refund yet, what is the status?

  • Then contact your credit card company, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Do you offer Exchanges?

Where do I ship the returning item?

  • We will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
